Eat YOUR WAY to health!

You are what you eat, don’t be a caged animal. 

The first step to improved health is to learn what ‘foods’ are not health promoting and choose to avoid them. When a new diet is adopted, a biochemical process releases stored toxins, and changes happen on a cellular level. Consider diet as an aspect of our personality, what is the relationship between what we eat and how we act? ‘Food’ provides the building blocks for every red blood cell, bone cell, brain cell, muscle cell and so on…what do you want your body to be made out of? We are, literally, what we eat.
